Interview With Brendon Prince / The Last Paddler Standing
Brendon Prince recently competed in the inaugural endurance SUP challenge, The Last Paddler Standing. This two part interview introduces Brendon and the event for everyone to view, whilst SUPboarder Pro subscribers will enjoy insights and tips into preparing for an endurance event such as the The Last Paddler Standing.We want to thank Brendon firstly for his time speaking with us and the insights and knowledge he shares. Youll learn about his charity Above Water and the great things they are doing to keep more and more people safe on the water. Plus get to know how Brendon completed his circumnavigation around the UK by paddling the Northern Ireland coastline.Whats even more exciting are the tips, hints and stories we hear from his experience competing in the Last Paddler Standing event on the SUPboarder Pro video. This event was held in December of 2022 and paddlers need to complete a 3.3 mile (5km) lap course within an hour, and then do this every hour afterwards until there is only one paddler left standing. Brendon finished lap 19 but could not go on any further due to sun stroke. The winner went on to finish 48 laps.
